Q. What time is check-in and checkout?
A. Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am, a late check-out is available on request and is subject to availability.
Q. What if I arrive early?
A. If you arrive early, we can store your bags until check-in time. Alternatively, you may request an early check in and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.
Q. What time is the bar open?
A. The bar is open from 11am-11pm daily.
Q. What time is dinner available?
A. Dinner is available from 6pm-9:30pm daily.
Q. What time is breakfast available?
A. Breakfast is available Monday-Friday, 6:30am-10am, and Saturday-Sunday 7am-10am.
Q. What are the Reception opening hours?
A. Reception is open 24 hours.

A. We have port-a-cots available free of charge.
Q. Is there a restaurant and bar onsite and do you have room service facilities and a snack menu?
A. Yes there is both an onsite restaurant and bar, which are open daily. Room Service and the snack menu is available 24 hours a day.
Q. Is there a gym onsite?
A. A gym is located onsite and available for use by our guests. It is open from 7am-9pm daily.
Q. Do you have a pool, spa and sauna?
A. Yes, we do have a pool, spa and sauna at the hotel available to guests. The pool is heated to 22 degrees from 1 October - 15 April. The pool and spa open hours are from 7:30am-9:30pm daily.
Q. What in room entertainment is there?
A. SKY TV is available with 50+ premium channels.
Q. Do you have a laundry and dry cleaning?
A. Yes, a laundry is available to our guests, and it is coin operated. For any dry cleaning requirements, this can be done on business days only.
Q. Is there parking and WIFI available at the hotel?
A. Yes, we have free onsite parking available and unlimited WIFI for all our guests.
Q. Is there an ATM or money exchange available?
A. An ATM is located across the road and there is a money exchange at the casino, which is a 5 minute walk away.
Q. Are there medical facilities close by?
A. There is a 24 hour doctor’s surgery located within walking distance on Bealy Avenue and a 24 hour chemist also within walking distance on Bealey Avenue.
Q. How far is the nearest supermarket?
A. The nearest supermarket is approximately 1.5km away, or a 15min walk. It is open 7am-9pm, 7 days a week.
Q. Are there any shopping malls located nearby?
A. Riccarton or Northlands Westfield shopping malls are each a 10 minute drive away.
Q. How far away are you from the casino and the city?
A. The casino is just a short 5 minute walk and we are located approximately 1.7kms from the city.
