For Christchurch businesses with premises that are no longer functional or suitable, Pavilions can be both.

Out-of-town conference participants can effortlessly explore the city from our convenient location. Shopping, Hagley Park and restaurants are within walking distance. However, with our full facilities and exceptional dining choices you may not want to venture too far.

Our hotel boasts two smart and versatile conference rooms, which can be configured for your company’s specific requirements:

  • Webb Room can cater for a capacity of up to 20.
  • Terrace Room (with balcony) is suitable for up to 60.
  • We offer breakout rooms and full catering for the duration of the event for a convenient, cost-effective option.

There is no need to bring the office toolbox with you as we have audio-visual equipment, blackout curtains, a secretarial service, wifi, photocopying, data projector and white-boards. In-house catering completes the package. It is easy to leave the organising to us – with the help of our experienced event co-ordinator, a seamless experience is a given.

At Pavilions, we are fortunate to offer 86 spacious hotel rooms – an increasing rarity in the city. All stylish rooms have wireless internet and guests can make use of the free DVD library. The beautifully designed rooms, suites and apartments provide ample room and comfort so guests can awake refreshed for a productive day a head. Some are equipped with private spa bath and/or kitchenette. There is plenty of free on-site parking, which doesn’t need to be pre-arranged.

And not all hours of the day are for working. After your meeting the restaurant offers healthy selections from a-la-carte or light snack menus. There is also a fully licensed bar for a more casual al fresco cafe. There is the added enjoyment of an outdoor pool and spa and guests will deserve a well-earned drink from Jimmy’s Bar while they network. There is no curfew for social night owls.
