A. The casino is just a short 5 minute walk away from the hotel.

Q. Is there a restaurant and bar onsite?
A. Yes there is both a restaurant and bar onsite, open daily.

Q. Is there a gym onsite?
A. A gym is located onsite and available for use by our guests. It is open from 7am-9pm daily.

Q. Do you have a pool, spa and sauna?
A. Yes, we do have a pool, spa and sauna at the hotel available to guests. The pool is heated to 22 degrees from 1 October - 15 April. The pool and spa open hours are from 7:30am-9:30pm daily.

Q. What in room entertainment is there?
A. Sky TV is available, and a range of movies, free of charge.

Q. Do you have a laundry?
A. Yes, a laundry is available to our guests, and it is coin operated.

A. Dinner is available from 6pm-9:30pm daily.

Q. What time is breakfast available?
A. Breakfast is available Monday-Friday, 6:30am-10am, and Saturday-Sunday 7am-10am.

A. The bar is open from 3pm-9:30pm daily.

A. The snack menu is available 24 hours a day.

Q. What if I arrive early?
A. If you arrive early, we can store your bags until check-in time. Alternatively, you may request an early check in and we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.

A. A late check-out is available on request and subject to availability.

Q. Are there medical facilities close by?
A. There is a 24 hour doctor’s surgery located within walking distance on Bealy Avenue and a 24 hour chemist also within walking distance on Bealey Avenue.

A. There is a money exchange at the casino, which is a 5 minutes’ walk away.
